This year the Fête in its usual form cannot happen on 31st August.

No Fête means no funds raised from our largest annual fund-raising community event!

• During the year we raise about £5000 from different fundraising events including around £2500 at the Fête.
• We need these funds to keep St Mary’s running, cared for and insured.
• No government funding is available for the upkeep of church buildings other than the tax recovered from gift-aided donations.
• Like our church, many people in our village have seen their financial circumstances change and become more
  difficult. However, please would you consider making a donation to the value of what you might have given on the Fête day.
